Terry Healey is a senior railroad management professional with more 30 years of rail industry experience. For more than three decades, Mr. Healey has focused his career specializing in quality control, quality assurance and safety methods and management. Mr. Healey provides oversight and management to the established systems and processes to ensure that work products meet project and contractual requirements. Mr. Healey is a member of the National Safety Council, the National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association and the American Society of Safety Engineers.
